I received my BSCE degree from a local engineering college, also received graduate level credits from SUNY Buffalo. I am a New York State licensed (PE) Civil Engineer with current New York State Education Department registration. I am licensed by the State of New York State, Division of Licensing Services, to inspect residential properties (License # 16000010724). At present I am a bridge inspector with New York State. I have designed and inspected bridge structures for many years in my professional career.

My interest in residential structures and their construction has always been captivating. To broaden my knowledge in residential structures, I received training at the Professional Career Development Institute (PCDI) and graduated from the PCDI of Georgia. PCDI gave me thorough knowledge of home inspection which included Exteriors, Interiors, Foundations, Plumbing, Roofs, Doors, Windows and much more.

I believe there are homebuyers, mortgage lenders, realtors, real estate appraisers and attorneys who would require home inspection services. I am available to provide a valuable service to people who depend on finding a knowledgeable home inspector.
